Meet Shanna Hutcheson, RD, LD 

I’m the proud owner of Wellness For The Win LLC, a healthy lifestyle brand that includes my Instagram, blog, podcast and now this course. I’m a boy mama, wife to Ethan, and dog mom x 2. I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2015 and graduated from Kansas State University with degrees in Dietetics, Nutrition & Health and a minor in Kinesiology. Since then, I have worked as an RD in clinical & community settings, and now I work in corporate wellness. 

I have been passionate about nutrition and health for a long time, but my approach has changed significantly since I first became a dietitian, and since I improved my own relationship with food. I have a deep desire to help women improve their lives and their health through food, movement and self-care. I believe that health goes way beyond what we eat, and that it’s really about the whole person, and rethinking how we show up for ourselves each and every day.

I believe that eating well should be simple, affordable, flexible and FUN and that food should enhance your life, not add stress to it.
